Three screens, one system: the office dispatch board, a cleaner's phone and the client's portal. Assign the job and follow it through, and watch every screen update together. Sample data only: nothing you type is sent anywhere.
The challenge
Jobs are assigned on a whiteboard and by WhatsApp. Clients phone the office to ask whether the cleaner has arrived, and proof of work is a signature on paper that someone types up later.
Invoices wait until the end of the month because nobody is sure which jobs were signed off.
