1. About these terms
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The website is operated by The Signature Designs, Johannesburg, South Africa.
2. Prices and estimates
Prices, ranges and estimator results on this website are guides only and exclude VAT. They are not an offer. A project is only agreed when you accept a written, fixed quote from us.
3. Digital products
Licence. AI Division products are licensed to you for use in your own business and with your own clients, including adapting the templates for client work. You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly or publish them, in whole or in part, as your own product.
Price and payment. The price shown is a once-off amount. Payments are processed by PayFast; we never see your card details. International prices are set in US dollars and charged in rand at the exchange rate on the day you buy. PayFast shows the amount before you pay, and your bank may add a foreign-transaction fee.
Delivery. Your download link is emailed to the address you give at checkout as soon as PayFast confirms the payment. Links work for 30 days. If you lose your files, contact us with your order number and we will send fresh links.
Refunds. Because the files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, sales are final once delivered, except where the law gives you a right to cancel or to a refund. If a file is faulty, incomplete or not as described, tell us within 14 days and we will fix it or refund you.
Setup for you. Setup is optional and is not part of the product price. The setup fee shown on the setup button is invoiced separately once we have agreed a time with you, and the work is done remotely unless agreed otherwise. You need to give us access to the tools involved for the time of the setup.
Updates. Buyers of the full toolkit receive updated versions of the ten products by email when we release them.
Results. The products are tools and guidance. AI output and automations need checking by a person, and we cannot guarantee particular business results.
4. Intellectual property
The content, design, code and 3D work on this website belong to The Signature Designs unless stated otherwise.
5. Use of the website
Please do not misuse the website, attempt to break its security, or use it to send unlawful or harmful material.
6. Liability
We work hard to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the website.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
