Studio conceptThis is a studio concept: a worked example of what we would build for a business like this. It is not client work and shows no client data.

Try it

See it work.

Switch between before and after to see what a brand system changes, then try the other colour directions and watch every document follow. Sample data only: nothing you type is sent anywhere.

The challenge

Each designer made their own proposals and invoices, so clients received documents in four fonts and seven colours. Instagram looked like a different business from the website.

The work was premium; the paperwork did not look it.

The approach

01

Define the core

A wordmark and monogram, a five-colour palette and two typefaces, chosen to feel calm and considered.

02

Design the everyday

Proposal, invoice, email signature and social templates, so the system is used daily.

03

Make it easy to keep

Editable templates and a one-page guide, so new work stays on brand without a designer.
